Commerce City
Feature Film | Pre-production
Commerce City ‘’ is a visually striking portrait of the daily life and resilience of the Latinx residents of Commerce City, Colorado – at the center of one of the most polluted zip codes in the United States. Shot over the course of one year of air monitoring by independent scientists, this feature film follows the residents of Commerce City through the seasons within the dystopian backdrop of their streets where kids play, food carts sell. Its hard-working residents try to stay healthy despite the life-threatening pollution surrounding them.
