Dark Skies
Short Documentary | Development
Weaving beautiful dark sky cinematography with poetic narrative stories from the Latinx people of the San Luis Valley in Colorado and the Native American cosmology of the Jicarilla Apache Nation Reservation in New Mexico, “Dark Skies” offers a unique, yet timeless, way to look at colonization, immigration, the environment, and how the answers to a grounded future are contained in the vast starry night.
